‘Extraordinary Odyssey’ invites us to step into the liminal space of hybridity—where boundaries blur and materials and processes meet. Here hybridity is a space of becoming, where elements of mixed origin transform into something new. It can be a fluid, shape shifting space, where the familiar and the unfamiliar merge, creating a space of in between. Hybridity as liminality is a creative, perhaps painful, space where possibility and resistance exist side by side. It is not a resolution but a journey, where one must navigate the fluidity of identity, torn between the tension of what it is to become and the loss of what is left behind. It is a space of struggle, & fluctuation that enables the alchemy of transformation.
OPENING NIGHT WITH LIVE PERFORMANCES: 6 – 8 pm July 25th
There will also be live performances throughout the weekend between 2 – 4pm
