Celebrating the unique history and community led developmment of the Old Bathing Pool Site.
Built in 1933 and demolished sixty years later, anyone of a certain age who was brought up in the town has fond memories of using the pool. It’s part and parcel of the cultural fabric of Hastings and St Leonards. Yet this historic green field site is now in danger of becoming a ‘housing estate’ by the sea for monied investors.
