This exhibition is aiming to visualise the broad spectrum of the
animated image and illustrate that the word ‘animation’ is not tied
to any specific form or medium, but should rather be seen as a
method of research and investigation. The common research ground for this exhibition is the field of tension between roughness and tranquility.
