Last year the Turps Banana Art School added Turps Hastings to its collection of studio, off-site and correspondence mentoring programmes.
25 practicing artists with studios located across Sussex and Kent, from Brighton to Tunbridge Wells and Rye, joined the inaugural programme, attending crits, artists’ talks and workshops, having mentors visit their studios, and getting together for exhibitions.
The culmination of this year of of conversation around painting is an exhibition of work by all 25 programme participants.
Private View: Wednesday 26th June, 5 to 8pm
Exhibition Runs: 27th to 30th June, 11 to 5pm
Turps painters will be on hand to chat during the exhibition.
