‘Un-break’ is an intimate exploration of the profound act of healing – not simply as restoration, but as a deeply personal, artistic journey through loss, rupture, and self-exploration. It considers whether true healing lies in the acceptance and expression of wounds, allowing the hidden fractures and private griefs to surface and speak.
Our eight participants excavate inner narratives, capturing moments of emotional honesty, darkness, intimacy, and perhaps eventual release. The intention is not to seek resolution or conventional recovery but rather to authentically document the transformative power of expression.
