Instructions Not Included is a photography exhibition that shares unfiltered, lived experiences of menopause, throwing out the old myths and embracing the chaos and clarity, where no two stories unfold the same way. From an endless, often peculiar list of symptoms, to a new sense of power and hope, these portraits and voices challenge what we think we know. Together, they suggest something bigger: in the space between what we expected and what we’re becoming, we might find new ways of moving through the world.
